Going for Gold Launch

On 4th March 2009 the Wimbledon Going For Gold campaign was launched in partnership with London Borough of Merton and local businesses.  The campaign aims to put Wimbledon on the map in the run up, during and beyond the 2012 Olympics with the aim of making the town centre better for business, workers and residents.  VIEW THE GALLERY OF IMAGES AT OUR LAUNCH EVENT

"Going For Gold" was the winning entry in a competition to name the new campaign. The winning entry was provided by Tim Watt of TJW Media.
