TOWN CENTRE MANAGEMENT BOARD
The WTCM Board is responsible for agreeing and monitoring the Wimbledon Town Centre Action Plan, agreeing Town Centre Targets, monitoring performance indicators, developing the events programme for Wimbledon and financial monitoring. The Management Board is made up of supporting businesses and the local council, and meets 10 times per year.

TOWN CENTRE PARTNERSHIP
The Partnership is made up of local business, councillors, council officers, residents associations, the Town Centre Manager, Town Centre Warden and the Community Police Inspector. The Partnership meets quarterly, and is responsible for providing a strategic view of the Town Centre and deciding on the strategic direction of the Wimbledon Town Centre Action Plan. The Partnership also agrees the Town Centre Action Plan including the annual programme of events and reviews progress on targets and performance indicators.
